Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns only under the following condition:

You must provide an unedited video of the package being opened from the moment the parcel is received. This helps us verify any damage, missing items, or wrong products.

The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and returned within 7 days of delivery.
No return or exchange requests will be entertained without the unboxing video.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item along with the required unboxing video proof, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

In case of COD orders, we may request your bank details for refund processing.
